Trayvon Martin was murdered by George Zimmerman seemingly for walking while black in the gated community Zimmerman (and Martin's father) lived in. Conservative talk show host Geraldo Rivera argued that the hoody Martin wore was as responsible for his murder as Zimmerman was. In response thousands upon thousands of citizens of all ages, races, and backgrounds, have donned hoodies in protest. I created this group to both capture these protest images, AND the images of regular black citizens wearing hoodies as part of their day.
