Nikon has been renowned for high-quality optics and camera equipment since they were founded in 1917. The history of Nikon cameras began in 1948, the year that the Nikon I, the company's first camera was released. Today Nikon continues that legacy with an outstanding line of digital cameras including the D7000, D3x, and the many popular Coolpix models. This group is a place for users of Nikon digital cameras to share their experiences, demonstrate techniques through example, and discuss Nikon's latest offerings.
