Raiders of The Lost Snacks is dedicated to the preservation of advertising characters used in snack foods. *Snack Characters* include any animated, illustrated or photographed snack product representatives. Think: Twinkie The Kid, Goofy Grape, Punchy, Frito Bandito, Mr. Peanut, etc. Unknown or unnamed characters are great too. *Snack Foods* include the following types: candy, cookies, snack cakes, crackers, chips, popcorn, ice cream, popsicles, soda, punch, drink mixes, milk, juice, fruit, pretzels, gum, mints, candy bars, pudding, jello, nuts, pies, peanut butter, pop tarts, milkshakes, spaghettios, slurpees, etc. *Acceptable* Items: snack-food-related product packages, premiums, signs, print ads, coupons, toys, animation cels or drawings and other promotional items provided that they have a character included. *Not* Acceptable Items: non-snack food items, pictures of snacks without any characters, fast food characters (unless related to shakes, pies, cookies or ice cream). Kindly redirect any cereal items to the wonderful Sugar Frosted Cereal Museum instead of posting them here. I'd like to see more vintage items from the 1960s-1970s, but newer items are also welcomed!
