Support group and community forum for Corel Paint Shop Pro users. Members are encouraged to provide (before and after) examples of their work using the Corel Paint Shop Pro X software. However this group is not limted to Corel PSP X users - we welcome all PSP users (all versions) to participate. Most importantly, the emphasis for this group is to learn and share with others on how you manage and edit your photos using Corel PSP-X. Feel free to start a thread discussion or particpate in an already existing thread. I searched the flickr group database and did not find a group dedicated to Paint Shop Pro. I've used PS Elements for awhile now, but cannot afford the Adobe PS-CS. I've also used PSP versions 8, 9 and now X. New X users find this version to be very user friendly with many nice features. ABOUT COREL PSP X: ---------------------------------- JASC© PSP was bought by Corel® Corp. in 2004. Corel® subsequently upgraded PSP vers 9.0 software to version 10, re-packaged it, and renamed it Corel Paint Shop Pro X. Adobe's Photoshop has been around for as many years in the Elements and CS editions, but with Corel® Corp's acquisition of PSP, it is hoping to expand its graphics software business and steal a little thunder from Adobe Systems and Microsoft. Corel (owned by Vector Capital) corporate headquarters are located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Corel maintains the former Jasc facility in Minneapolis, MN for all Paint Shop Pro products.
