It is the aim of this GALLERY to show one artist at a time--a solo show arena for members of the Strange Vintage Fictions (Strange Vintage Ficitons) group. This allows for all of our focus to go to one artist, and one body of work. A show will take place every two weeks (though please no setting watches by me...there may be snags!) Each exhibit will showcase one artist's work and be limited to a maximum number pieces determined by the admin working with the artist. Each solo artist will be chosen by the admin of Strange Vintage Fictions as well as guest jurors. After the show is finished, the work will be deleted from the pool, or taken down from the gallery walls, a fresh coat of white paint slapped up, and the next invitee's work will be hung, ....rinse, repeat. This way the artist gets the total focus. No other images to distract. If you have a desire to have a show, I'd suggest first going to the group Strange Vintage Ficitonsand joining there if your photos fit the pool. Remember to read that group's criteria!! Make crazycool creations and we'll be sure to spot your work. Consistent quality is a must. VISITORS to the gallery, please comment in the "guest book" discussion for each show.
