Top 20 Dishes It is a part of the Top 20 System. If you are unfamiliar with the Top 20 System, the idea is quite simple. Everyone who joins this group will be a Moderator or Admin. The goal of the group is to have the best 20 photos in the pool at all times. 20 photos - no more, no less! So when you add your photo (which would make the pool 21) you must delete one of the other photos by clicking in the little 'x' under the photo you want to delete. If you are an Administrator you must promote new members so that they can participate.
