Sponsored by the National Association for the Preservation of EAT Signs. Please include, if possible, information on the location of the sign, along with any other interesting comments. Here is a link that you can copy and paste when you comment on photos in the group: The EAT Sign Group Please note, this is a group for unique EAT signs advertising a restaurant, not generic restaurant signs with "eat" somewhere on the sign. Big, national, chain restaurants with EAT in the sign are also not what we're looking for. This is a curated group: "EAT" should be the main focus of the sign, in English, at least a larger or different typeface, different color, and/or on a separate line by itself. It should be advertising a restaurant (defunct, abandoned or still in business). We reserve the right to delete pictures that don't reflect the concept. Although we try not to be tyrants about this. A useful test (although not a requirement) is whether or not the "EAT" stands out when looking at the thumbnail. And if the sign is hard to find even when viewing the medium size, it'll be gone. If you have to put a note on the picture to point out the EAT sign, it'll be gone. Try running through the pool in slide show mode. You'll get the idea. And you'll want to eat.
