Members post one photo and have to rate the first three previous posted photos at the immediate right with "Crown or Kick". Pics that get three Kicks are deleted from the group whereas pics with three crowns are awarded with "The Crown" after posting in thread 'Got three Crowns?' . If U rate a Crown a comment is not required but it's still quite useful to those being rated. 4. If you rate a photo a Kick, you need to explain your reasons. That is what helps people grow as photographers. Be polite, helpful and constructive in your comment if rating a Kick. If not ...a ban could follow ! 5.
