•To all Casas & Celaya family, and anyone in between: I have recently started on the process of digitizing and restoring the old family slides from Cuba. These date as far back as 1950, but I am not sure about the details of each one just yet. Therefore, I am asking for any information on these pictures from anyone who can identify who is in the pictures, where they were taken, when they were taken, and even the ages of the children in the pictures. I will be posting these on my Facebook page as well as the Flickr website where I currently post all of my work. Anyone who can help fill out the information on these pictures, please add comments to the Flickr site so that anyone else can see it if there is more to add or corrections to make. You will all be able to comment and see other comments as well. I will be posting these as I go….it may take a bit to finish the entire box because there are quite a few and the restoration process may will take time as well, but if anyone is also interested, you can send me your name and email address and I will be glad to notify you every time I post more pictures up. All the restored pictures will appear in this set. I am also scanning the backs and anything written in the photo albums themselves and will add them to help in finding out anything I can about everything. You can add any information you want to the pictures by just adding it in the “comments” part of the photos.
